The Times published an article recently, which featured a member of the public who took the restoration of a local neglected building into his own hands, and started his own group to make repairs and start restoration work. I have had a call from The Sunday Telegraph who are keen to know whether any Civic Societies have been involved in similar “guerilla restoration”.
