The annual registration fee for Civic Societies is now due. If this form has been misdirected within your Society please kindly forward it to the right person. We would require along with your remittance a copy of your Society’s annual report including the annual accounts. Please print off a copy of the form and send, along with a copy of your Society’s constitution, to Alberta Stevens , The Civic Trust, Essex Hall, 1-6 Essex Street, London WC2R 3UH.
